Role Description
Brightwheel is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the value of our products to prospects and customers, driving both new customer acquisition and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies:
- Create sales and marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of the product to target audiences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales conversion goals.
- Conduct market research:
- Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, product roadmap, and marketing tactics.
- Draft compelling messaging:
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience in various formats, including web pages, pitch decks, 1-pagers, talking points, and more.
- Collaborate across teams:
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Manage product launches:
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing activities, creating promotional materials, and measuring the impact of launch campaigns.
- Track and measure success:
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts.
Qualifications
- 4+ years related marketing experience, ideally in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment
- Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- Creative thinker with a vision
