Role Description
Moonvalley is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our event presence in North America. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential.
- Own our field marketing strategy and roadmap, starting with North America
- Design standout event experiences that bring our technology to life
- Hit ambitious event-driven pipeline targets, including lead generation goals and ROI metrics
- Build efficient event processes from lead capture to sales handoff, working closely with Operations on lead handing and follow-up
- Work with Sales to refine our event strategy and boost pipeline quality
- Team up with Product Marketing to develop compelling content across our booth, keynotes, and speaking slots
- Own field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and strategic event partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing experience, with 4+ years running field marketing programs
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through events, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Deep experience building lead generation programs that deliver real business results
- Successfully managed significant event budgets with clear impact on revenue
- Sharp analytical mind and data-driven approach to measuring event success
- Experience at early stage and hyperscaling start-ups is a plus
Requirements
- Dedication similar to Olympic athletes; anticipate occasional late nights and weekends dedicated to our mission
- Motivated by deeply technical problems and the opportunity to build (and own) a generational technology company
