Role Description
As a Product Marketing Manager for the Bioprocessing business, you will be encouraged to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Maintaining the health and activation of the Portfolio assigned.
- Assisting the Global Strategy creation and execution via Area Teams to deliver growth objectives.
- Being a conduit with Area Marketing, Sales and Global Technical Teams to identify gaps and deliver solutions with Global Cross Functional Teams on new product development and line extensions.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to deliver growth expectations for the portfolio assigned.
- Collaborating with other Purification and Filtration Functions to foster Teamwork to drive growth.
- Setting and onboarding Global Organisation on price, margin, and operating strategy for the portfolio moving forward.
- Conducting market research in key application segments.
- Determining the price value position of Solventum and competitive products.
- Leading cross functional teams to exceed results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in Bioprocessing or a related Industry with sales, marketing, analytics or business development OR High School diploma and a minimum of 9 years of job-related experience in Bioprocessing or a related Industry with sales, marketing, analytics or business development.
- Experience creating and executing marketing plans and pricing strategies.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institution (additional qualification).
- Proven track record in driving sales growth with existing products and new product launches and commercialization (additional qualification).
- Proven track record of success in establishing and maintaining sales forecasts and their attainment (additional qualification).
Requirements
- Work location: Remote - US
- Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international
- Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Benefits
- Competitive pay and benefits, regularly benchmarked with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.
- Expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
