Role Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Product & Customer Marketing Manager owns the product story the market sees β and, increasingly, the story the AI answer engines see. Agility's positioning is βAI-native intelligence working across the all-in-one, enterprise-grade PR platform,β and this role is its steward:

Build out the narrative of agentic orchestration and enterprise-grade credibility.

Translate product features into marketing language that speaks to customer pain points and objectives.

Map our feature set against the strategic needs of each of our personas across three customer segments β Enterprise & Government, In-house PR Teams, and PR Agencies.

Own each launch end to end β positioning, launch content, and readiness.

Work directly with the Head of Product, Director of Communications & Content, and design/web teams.

Translate every product and engineering update into product collateral β one-pagers, blog content, sales decks, and comparison materials.

Run our customer advocacy engine: the G2 and review program, including driving reviews that name our features.

Produce enterprise case studies built on named capabilities and real metrics.

Own the customer-side intelligence of our cross-sell and upsell motion.
Qualifications
-
B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally spanning both product and customer marketing.

Demonstrated translation skill: examples of features turned into value narratives and collateral that changed deals.

Case-study production experience β sourcing through approval β with published examples that include named capabilities and metrics.

Experience running review programs (G2 or equivalent) is an asset.

Confident live presenter with experience in delivering product webinars.

Proactive approach to gathering roadmap clarity, customer stories, and competitive intel.

Analytical habits: tracking launch performance, review metrics, and content engagement.

Fluency in β or fast fluency toward β the PR and communications market and its buyer personas.

Contribute content regularly to the blog to recap new features and connect them to the compounding narrative.

Own the end-to-end launch process for the 60-day release cadence.

Collaborate with the Director of Communications & Content on launch announcements.

Create webinar content for each launch and run the launch webinars.
-
Run the G2 and review program: solicitation strategy, review velocity, and named-feature mention rates.

Run the case-study machine with an enterprise emphasis.
-
Translate every product and engineering update into product collateral.
-
Own the cross-sell whitespace map and partner with the Associate Director, Demand Generation.

Base salary range: C$100,000βC$128,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus.
