Role Description
This role involves managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns, including Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), manual paid search, and Performance Max. The focus is on refining existing mature campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring lead quality for both eCommerce and lead generation objectives.
- Assess and refine mature Google Ads campaigns using DSA as a broad strategy.
- Adjust budgets, bids, and ad settings to meet CPA and ROAS targets.
- Monitor and proactively analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to review and launch ad copy within SEC guidelines.
- Conduct keyword search term reports and evaluate keyword and ad group-level performance.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and proprietary Lead Quality Index (LQI) data.
- Compile and deliver daily health-check reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams, including compliance and creative, to iterate and refine ad copy and campaign strategies.
- Utilize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4 for campaign management and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns with significant budgets.
- Experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Bing Ads.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to learn and execute campaigns based on established SOPs and processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including daily health-check reports and insights.
