Role Description
You're a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist (Hubspot Experience) with a talent for optimizing marketing workflows and creating impactful landing pages.
- Harness the power of HubSpot to streamline processes, engage audiences, and drive results.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and marketing automation best practices.
- Continuously stay updated on platform developments to refine strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build custom properties, edit workflows, and create dynamic landing pages.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excel in executing tasks efficiently and communicating effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders to articulate ideas and drive projects forward.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, with a demonstrated ability to effectively utilize its features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in building landing pages, editing workflows, and creating custom properties within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and experience implementing automation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively work against a task list, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Requirements
- Effectively manage and execute tasks within HubSpot, including building forms, editing workflows, and creating custom properties.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand objectives and implement strategies within HubSpot to achieve goals.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing workflows and landing pages, implementing changes to optimize performance.
- Utilize HubSpot's automation capabilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Communicate proactively with team members, providing updates on progress and actively seeking input and feedback.
- Show initiative in suggesting and implementing new ideas and strategies to drive continuous improvement.
