Marketing Associate

Location: Full-Time Remote (Nearshore applicants preferred from Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Honduras)
Salary: $1,000 - $1,200 USD per month
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, this role is a great opportunity to make an impact and help drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn
Create visually engaging content using Canva
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Execute outbound messaging and marketing cadences to attract potential clients
Collaborate with the team to design and implement marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, SEO, and outbound messaging
Strong ability to create and manage effective marketing content
Self-motivated and energetic, with a proactive approach to generating new business
Excellent communication and organizational skills
