Feb 05, 2025 - OSR Manage is hiring a remote Lead Generation Specialist. 💸 Salary: $1,000 per month + commission. 📍Location: Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua.
Role Description
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying potential new clients and booking appointments for the Outside Sales Representative to follow up on. This role involves:
- Cold calling
- Social media outreach
- Email marketing
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-driven, with a strong ability to develop their own market focus while maintaining a high volume of daily outreach (60+ calls per day).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cold calling strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospects through various lead generation methods
- Proactively identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the company's target criteria
- Nurture early-stage prospects to build a strong pipeline of future opportunities
- Meet or exceed lead generation quotas through consistent prospecting activity
- Maintain accurate records of key business intelligence, including decision-makers and influencers within organizations
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent job experience)
- Experience: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in lead generation or inside sales
- Strong ability to access and secure meetings with key decision-makers
Requirements
- Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and convert outreach into scheduled meetings
- Highly motivated to build a book of business, leveraging multiple lead generation channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Prior experience in IT services or professional services sales is a plus
