[Hiring] Performance Marketer @The Works

Role Description

As a Performance Marketer, you will independently manage the strategy, execution, optimisation, tracking and reporting of performance marketing campaigns for multiple clients.

• Understand business objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign outcomes across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Independently manage tracking systems and resolve attribution issues.
• Lead day-to-day client communication and guide junior team members.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across targeting, audiences, keywords, bidding, budgets, and remarketing.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for lead quality, conversions, ROAS, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage tracking and measurement including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversion API, and Google Ads conversions.
• Manage e-commerce performance through Google Merchant Center, Shopify, product feeds, analytics, and attribution.
• Build performance reports, present actionable insights to clients, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
• Prior experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency is strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
