Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search & Paid Media Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms. This role is responsible for driving measurable results through paid media, including:

• Lead generation
• Cost-per-lead improvement
• Conversion growth
• Overall campaign profitability

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on inside advertising platforms, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts and significant advertising budgets. Experience working with law firms, professional services, or other lead-generation businesses is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to manage lead-generation campaigns and improve cost per acquisition.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, negative keywords, audiences, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and budget management.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly for developing effective advertising copy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger marketing team.

Requirements

• Experience managing advertising for law firms or other highly competitive local-service businesses.
• Experience with Google Local Services Ads.
• Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.
• Experience with landing-page and conversion-rate optimization.
• Familiarity with CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, CRM systems, and lead attribution.
• Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
• Experience using AI tools to improve campaign research, ad development, analysis, and optimization.
