[Hiring] Online Marketing Manager @Hedepy

Role Description

Poland is one of the biggest markets in the Hedepy portfolio, and one of the most competitive. Your goal will be to grow our market share and significantly raise awareness of Hedepy in the Polish mental health space, so that support reaches the people who need it.

You'll report directly to Caro, our Local CMO for PL/GR/LT/SI, and run the Polish market together with her. You'll also be part of an international marketing team of 15 people.

What you'll do

• Influencers and social media (50%)
  • Oversee influencer and social media activities and production.
  • Manage offline events such as PR stunts and brand activations.
• Localising acquisition marketing (30%)
  • Localise ad assets, landing page copy, mailings, SEO and ad headlines for the Polish audience.
• Data and strategy (20%)
  • Read dashboards to understand campaign performance.
  • Run tests across channels and develop a clear point of view.
  • Shape a strategy that fits the Polish market based on category insights and competitor analysis.

What you'll own

After a trial period, the decisions are yours. You'll own content localisation, influencer collaborations, local partnerships and awareness activities, without needing to check with the CMO first.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience running and optimising social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience coordinating influencer collaborations from research to execution.
• Strong writing skills for translating and adapting content for a Polish audience.
• Genuine interest in mental health, with an empathetic personality.
• Strategic, curious, and insightful mindset, comfortable with data analysis and testing new solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with influencer collaborations for SaaS products or apps (nice to have).
• Experience with UX optimisation on websites (nice to have).
