Role Description

Effective communication is an essential capability to ensure we appropriately engage, clinically manage, and delight patients along their care journey with Oak St. Health. As a value-based care organization, we believe we must be proactive partners to our patients and maintain regular and consistent dialogue to provide the best possible preventative care. We know that simple and coordinated communications are not the norm in healthcare today - especially for seniors on Medicare.

Therefore, Oak St. is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Analyst to help execute our patient communication strategy and oversee day-to-day communication operations. This individual will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, orchestrating, and continuously improving our patient communications across digital, print, and voice channels.
• Supporting our ongoing patient engagement and retention efforts.
• Reporting to the Lead Director of Patient Communications on the Patient Experience team.

This is a remote position with the option for hybrid if based in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 0–2 years of experience in product operations, healthcare operations, marketing analysis, or a similar data-driven functional field.
• A foundational understanding of (or eagerness to learn) workflow automation, communication platforms, or product operations frameworks in the communications space.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, Looker, SQL, Alteryx, etc.).
• Passionate about improving the patient experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• US work authorization.
• Someone who embodies being “Oaky”.
