[Hiring] Marketing Technology and Platform AI Specialist @Centrax Group

Role Description

You bring current, hands-on knowledge of advertising, analytics and search platforms to Centrax Digital AI engagements with marketing-led clients.

An associate role, engaged per engagement under a statement of work. You give AI engagements an accurate view of what platform-native AI already does across paid media, analytics and search, what clients should use natively, and where client-owned intelligence adds value.

What You Will Do

• Assess clients' use of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console and related tools, including AI features already in use.
• Map native AI capabilities across campaign creation, targeting, bidding, creative, measurement and analysis.
• Identify where clients duplicate what the platforms already automate, and where they under-use native features.
• Define where differentiated intelligence should sit above or across platforms.
• Assess SEO and AEO practice and the effect of AI search on client visibility.
• Advise on marketing data access, consent and POPIA direct marketing rules.
• Support opportunity scoring and pilot selection for marketing use cases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in paid media, performance marketing or marketing technology, including agency experience.
• Campaigns managed across at least three advertising platforms.
• Hands-on evaluation of platform AI features such as Performance Max or Advantage+.
• Current Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.

• You must disclose any current agency, platform or competitor affiliations before appointment to an engagement.

Working Arrangements

• Remote, with attendance at client workshops as required.
• Scope, days and daily rate are agreed per engagement.
