[Hiring] Marketing Associate @AvantStay

Role Description

We're hiring a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day execution across AvantStay's brand, social, and distribution channels. You'll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance:

• Helping our homes reach the right guests on the right platforms
• Keeping our brand voice consistent across every touchpoint
• Using AI to move faster than a traditional marketing team ever could

This is a generalist role built for someone who wants broad exposure across a modern hospitality marketing stack and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience in the luxury hospitality and/or travel industry (hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, travel tech, luxury OTAs, or destination brands)
• Strong working knowledge of social media, both organic strategy and paid support, with a portfolio or examples of brand-appropriate content you've shipped
• Hands-on experience with brand management: maintaining voice, visual consistency, and brand guidelines across multiple channels
• Exposure to channel distribution marketing, ideally Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, or comparable OTA/marketplace platforms
• Genuine comfort with AI tools as part of your daily workflow; you've moved past curiosity and actively use them to produce better work faster
• Strong project management instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in flight

Requirements

• This role is only open to global candidates outside the United States
• Must be able to work US business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern time)
• Must have excellent written and spoken English (near-native)
• Annual base pay: $30,000-40,000 USD, depending on location & experience
• Fully remote - work from anywhere!
