Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and execution-oriented Marketing Specialist for North America to manage and support regional marketing programs that build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen CYPHER’s presence across the market. In this role, you will help execute a broad range of marketing activities, including:

• In-person and virtual events
• Third-party review programs
• Analyst relationships
• Media promotions
• Customer advocacy
• Content
• Social media
• Email programs
• Marketing analytics

You will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation and the broader global Marketing team to develop and execute programs aligned with CYPHER’s growth objectives.

Success in this role means bringing strong organization, creativity, and follow-through across multiple marketing programs while ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to grow their expertise, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, managing logistics, timelines, vendors, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage regional marketing programs, including third-party review platforms, analyst firm relationships, and media and promotional opportunities.
• Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to develop and execute programs that support pipeline generation, engagement, and growth across North America.
• Support the development and execution of content and social media programs aligned with broader marketing priorities and regional needs.
• Identify and secure customer participation in case studies, testimonials, and other customer advocacy initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of email nurture and other email marketing programs.
• Analyze marketing and program performance to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the global Marketing team and other cross-functional partners to ensure regional programs are aligned with broader marketing priorities.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience executing marketing programs and campaigns.
• Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns, events, email marketing, social media, content, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating in-person and virtual events from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data and reporting to evaluate program performance and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable taking on new responsibilities, shifting priorities, and learning new tools and processes.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology is preferred; experience in the LMS, EdTech, or education market is a plus.
• Copywriting or content development experience is a plus.
