• Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against personal standards.
• Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations.
• Fluent in CRM tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, project trackers like Asana or Linear, and support tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
• Clear written reasoning skills.
• Preferred experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
