[Hiring] Marketing Operations and Project Specialist @Parkinson Canada

Role Description

Reporting to the Director, Brand Strategy, Marketing & Communications, we are hiring a Marketing Operations and Project Specialist. As our new Marketing Operations and Project Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate marketing initiatives from intake and planning through execution and reporting.
• Translate marketing briefs into actionable project plans.
• Build and manage workflows, coordinate contributors and approvals, monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgement to keep projects moving.

This is an existing full-time, fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing initiatives.
• Background in marketing coordination, marketing operations, account management or project coordination.
• Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, government or similar environment is an asset.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep people focused on next steps.
• Experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
• Strong practical skills using Microsoft tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
