Role Description
As a Product & Growth Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through both growth marketing initiatives and product marketing strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep performance marketing expertise, and a strategic approach to positioning, messaging, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop and execute marketing automation, A/B testing, and performance-driven strategies to optimize conversion funnels.
- Lead product marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- A growth-driven mindset with a deep understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- An experimentation-first approach to refine conversion rates and improve product engagement.
- A knack for storytelling and positioning to craft compelling product messaging.
- A strategic campaign mindset with experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- A collaborative, results-driven attitude thriving in cross-functional teams.
- A passion for fast-growing SaaS companies.
