Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
- Coordinate work and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Design & Content, CRM, and others) to ensure seamless execution of tasks and achievement of KPIs
- Assist in the planning, control, and execution of effective marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Digital team
- Develop hypotheses/ideas to improve traffic acquisition performance across various channels, run A/B tests, and continuously analyze key metrics
- Conduct market and competitor research, assess potential risks and resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience in iGaming or a strong understanding of gambling-related marketing
- Understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI, LTV, GGR/NGR, CPM, CPC, CR, CTR, and others
- Confident Excel user, familiar with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong task management and cross-team coordination skills
Requirements
- Experience working with EU markets (nice to have)
- Background in driving high-traffic volume from multiple channels and sources (nice to have)
