Role Description

This role involves managing the social media presence of a growing company and its leadership.

  • Oversee and execute social media strategies for the CEO and the company
  • Manage general marketing material of the company
  • Regular content creation and managing campaigns
  • Community engagement and performance reporting
  • Maintain professional branding for the CEO and the company
  • Distinguish the CEO and the company as thought leaders
  • Significant autonomy and responsibility in a rapidly expanding company

Qualifications

  • Passion for marketing, digital marketing, and social media management
  • Energetic, creative, and detail-oriented

Requirements

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
  • Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Coordinate content creation with local videographers and photographers
  • Post content 2–3 times per week on each platform
  • Respond to comments, messages, and connection requests
  • Gather updates on business activities from internal teams
  • Develop content (posts, images, infographics) for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva
  • Schedule posts aligned with business milestones and industry news
  • Track engagement and follow up with stakeholders
  • Monitor social media campaign performance
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with the CEO on professional engagements
  • Design print marketing material as needed
  • Create marketing events/campaigns as needed
  • Create sales funnels to attract investors
  • Create monthly newsletter design and templates

Expected Outcomes

  • Fully manage the company’s and the CEO’s social media presence by the end of the first month
  • Grow the CEO’s Instagram followers to 5,000 quality followers within 6 months
  • Grow the CEO’s LinkedIn followers to 10,000 quality followers within 6 months
  • Consistent, high-quality content tailored to the target audience
  • Maintain a forward-looking 90-day content plan for all platforms
  • Actively monitor interactions and respond promptly
  • Provide weekly reports on social media performance
  • Oversee all traditional marketing efforts for the company
  • Create and track the performance of online social media sales funnels
