Role Description

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who can think big, move fast, and actually make things happen. This is not a “just run ads and wait” role.

• Coordinate all marketing initiatives.
• Create new marketing angles, offers, and landing pages.
• Manage the creative department and brief Facebook ads.
• Own projects from the first spark of an idea to seeing real sales roll in.
• Be the glue between marketing, design, and development.
• Turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools - vibe coding, workflow automations, etc.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, not-boring copy.
• Knowledge of CRO and website optimization.
• Organized and good at managing projects.
• Experience working with designers and developers.
• Ability to manage your own time and work remotely.
• Cares about customers and research.
• Excited about e-commerce growth.

Requirements

• Build and run marketing strategies that support real business goals.
• Dig into customer research and market trends to find new growth opportunities.
• Analyze what’s working and turn data into smart next steps.
• Come up with fresh ideas to scale funnels and campaigns.
• Manage marketing projects from idea to launch and improvement.
• Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
• Review design work and provide feedback for on-brand and converting designs.
• Guide the creation and optimization of ad creatives with the design team.
• QA landing pages checking UX, flow, and functionality.
• Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with developers to roll out website updates and improvements.
• Be the bridge between marketing, design, and development.
• Create clear briefs for projects.
• Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and data.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Use insights to scale sales and improve acquisition.
• Bring AI into the workflow as a competitive edge.

• This role is 100% remote.
• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3).
• Open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
• For full-time roles, availability for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours is required.
