[Hiring] Freelance Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing, CPG @Kyra

Role Description

We're looking for brilliant Campaign Managers who live and breathe the creator economy. You'll be working with a leading global consumer brand, bringing creator campaigns to life across European markets. This is creator marketing at scale, involving:

• Managing multiple creator campaigns from the initial brief through to launch, delivery, and reporting.
• Keeping timelines, budgets, content approvals, and deliverables moving.
• Working closely with creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Spotting potential issues early and finding solutions before they become problems.

At Kyra, we're building a different kind of creator marketing company, combining great people, technology, and AI to make creator marketing smarter, faster, and more effective.

You'll have access to our own platform and tools to manage everything from casting and outreach to contracts, payments, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., Spanish, German, or French).
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Experience running high-volume creator campaigns, ideally for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in at least one European market.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, negotiating creator fees, and handling contracts.
• A solid understanding of CPV and creator performance metrics.
• Strong Excel and data skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, ideally large consumer brands.
• Confidence using AI tools such as Claude in your everyday work.
• Based in Europe or the UK, with availability to work across European business hours.

Requirements

• Experience with CPG, FMCG, or other major consumer brands.
• Experience managing high-volume or always-on creator programmes.
• Knowledge of multiple European creator markets.
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms.
