Role Description
The Marketing Manager (REMOTE - WFH) will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve our brand visibility and online presence.
- Drive engagement and increase online footprint
- Support business growth objectives
- Update and manage the status of all marketing initiatives daily
- Monitor performance of active campaigns weekly
- Conduct weekly market research and competitor analysis
- Develop and launch new marketing campaigns monthly
- Provide monthly comprehensive reports on campaign performance
- Author, review, and propose updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies
- Create lead magnets to attract potential clients
- Build and refine marketing funnels
- Ensure team members meet or exceed performance expectations
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with team members
- Review daily task sheets and productivity reports
- Coach the team to achieve at least 90% of goals and objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Requirements
- Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
- Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
