Role Description

This role involves managing our social media presence and driving engagement across various platforms.

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to customer inquiries
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
Continuously seek opportunities to improve social media processes and tools

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
Experience taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Requirements

Experience in the Outsourcing industry or any relevant industries
Experience in supporting Startups
Proficiency with social media management tools and software such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications (great to have, but not required)
