Role Description
This role involves creating visually appealing, responsive websites that enhance user experiences and meet business objectives. You’ll be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our WordPress sites, ensuring functionality, visual consistency, and optimal performance.
- Lead WordPress site design and development, ensuring responsiveness, visual engagement, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and IT teams to deliver web solutions aligned with brand and business objectives
- Implement intuitive layouts and interactive elements for enhanced user experience
- Manage and update WordPress content, working with content creators for seamless multimedia integration
- Optimize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for device compatibility and SEO
- Update plugins, themes, and ensure security compliance regularly
- Integrate latest design and development trends to maintain competitive practices
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, provide progress updates, and address issues
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in web design, particularly with WordPress and Webflow
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in responsive web design and UI/UX
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end development technologies
- Experience with SEO, performance optimization, and web analytics tools
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Requirements
- Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia creation for web projects
- Proficiency in using WordPress plugins and Webflow tools for enhancing website functionality
