Role Description
This role involves supporting core HR functions with a focus on benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. This role ensures smooth, consistent HR processes and collaborates with leadership to enhance employee well-being and organizational efficiency.

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, development, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and consistent performance processes.
- Manage offboarding and related documentation.

Benefits Administration
- Support daily benefits tasks including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Address employee benefits inquiries and assist with enrollments and renewals.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams on audits and data accuracy.

Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee issues.
- Manage recognition programs and resolve or escalate grievances.

HR Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Handle employee verifications, updates, and support HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in tools like ADP WFN, Costpoint, Paycor, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong English fluency.
