Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to own marketing end-to-end, from strategy to execution. This is not a role where you plan and someone else builds; you'll be the one designing the go-to-market approach and the one writing the content, influencing website optimisation, running the campaigns, and reporting on what's working. You'll have real ownership of the marketing function from day one, direct access to leadership, and the chance to build (not just maintain) marketing for growing services. If you want a role where your strategic thinking and your execution both show up in the results, this is it.
You'll join a small, close-knit Sales & Marketing team. If you thrive with autonomy and have experience marketing both technical B2B services and products, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
-
Performance Marketing
-
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at inbound lead generation for the services business.
-
Use data and analytics to plan, run, and report on campaigns; optimise channels and tactics based on performance.
-
Run SEO (technical and content) to grow organic inbound traffic.
-
Manage social media and LinkedIn presence (organic and paid) tied to lead generation, not vanity metrics.
-
Run continuous testing and optimisation (A/B testing, segmentation, targeting) to improve ROI.
-
Software Engineering Services Marketing
-
Conduct market and competitive research to keep positioning and messaging sharp.
-
Lead go-to-market planning for service offerings: positioning, messaging, target segments.
-
Work closely with the Business Development team pre-sales to keep marketing and sales goals aligned.
-
Define and run demand generation focused on qualified leads and conversion, not just volume.
-
Corporate Marketing / Brand / Communications
-
Own and evolve BytePitch's overall brand identity and reputation across services and products.
-
When needed, support recruitment with job ad messaging and employer-branding materials.
-
When required, help organise and represent BytePitch at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
-
Ensure consistent messaging and content across all channels and audiences (services buyers, product users, talent).
-
Marketing Operations & Reporting
-
Set up and run marketing automation and email nurture flows (e.g. outreach tools, HubSpot or similar).
-
Contribute to the optimisation of the companyβs website (landing pages, conversion paths).
-
Track and report performance using clear KPI (pipeline contribution, lead quality, channel ROI), not just activity metrics.
-
Continuously adapt strategy based on data and market feedback.
Qualifications
-
4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional/technical services, software houses, agencies, or early-stage B2B SaaS.
-
Proven experience working in a small/lean marketing function; comfortable owning the full stack without specialists to delegate to.
-
Experience supporting pre-sales or working closely with a BD/Sales team.
-
Solid, practical knowledge of SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics (GA4 or equivalent); able to execute directly.
-
Strong writing skills in English (Portuguese a plus), able to translate technical topics into credible content.
-
A results-driven mindset: pipeline and ROI, not just impressions and likes.
-
[Nice to have] Paid media management experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Benefits
-
Two types of contracts are available: Employment & Service (B2B) Agreements;
-
Competitive salary according to your experience;
-
Additional benefits such as meal allowance, health insurance, extra days off (depending on the type of contract/location);
-
Fully remote work;
-
Flexibility to help you balance the personal and professional aspects of your life;
-
An inclusive culture where you can be yourself and thrive professionally;
-
A supportive environment for your overall well-being;
-
A budget for training;
-
A personalised development plan based on our career paths;
-
Opportunities to travel according to the business needs;
-
Face-to-face company events per year to connect with colleagues and strengthen company culture.
