Role Description

This is a remote position.

We're hiring a full-time, remote Virtual Assistant to run the content, video and lead engine behind their personal brand and company, and to turn that audience into clients. You'll be one of the first people on the team. As the brand grows, so does your role, your autonomy and your pay.

You'll own five areas. Each one feeds the same goal: more of the right HR leaders seeing Kesiena's work, and more of them booking a call with Copieux Group.

• Content design
  • Design LinkedIn carousels, infographics and cheat sheets in Canva, in our brand colours (navy and coral) and Montserrat.
  • Turn Substack articles and long posts into short posts, carousels and quote graphics.
  • Format and schedule Substack posts.
  • Keep a reusable template library so every asset looks consistent.
• AI video production
  • Produce short AI videos for the "Designed By Us" series: story-led episodes with recurring characters that teach HR leaders a better way to work.
  • Turn approved scripts into finished videos using AI video, avatar and voice tools.
  • Keep characters, look and tone consistent across episodes.
  • Edit, caption and brand every video for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Social media management
  • Schedule and publish posts across all channels.
  • Comment on posts from a target list of HR leaders and partners, in Kesiena's voice and to her writing rules.
  • Reply to comments and DMs, and flag warm conversations to Kesiena the same day.
  • Track what performs and share a short weekly report.
• Lead generation in GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Capture every lead from lead magnets, the self-assessment, webinars and DMs into GHL.
  • Build and maintain pipelines, tags, forms, landing pages and email or SMS follow-up sequences.
  • Make sure every qualified lead gets a booking link for a free 30-minute consultation.
  • Keep contact records clean and report weekly on new leads, calls booked and conversion.
• Systems and structure
  • Run the content calendar, so the week's posts are ready before Monday.
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every repeat task.
  • Keep files, assets and templates organised in one shared workspace.
  • Spot bottlenecks and suggest better ways of working.

Every day includes about an hour of engagement and inbox work. The rest of the week follows a set rhythm.

• Monday: Publish the week's first posts, check GHL pipelines, send last week's report.
• Tuesday: Design carousels and graphics for next week.
• Wednesday: AI video production: generate scenes, voice and edit.
• Thursday: Finish videos, repurpose the latest Substack article, update GHL sequences.
• Friday: Schedule next week's content, tidy files and SOPs, 30-minute check-in with Kesiena.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English, with an ear for a warm, direct, professional voice.
• At least 2 years in a social media, content or marketing support role.
• Strong Canva design skills, with a portfolio to prove it.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel: pipelines, workflows, forms and email sequences.
• Video creation with AI and editing experience in CapCut or similar.
• Very strong attention to detail, and the habit of documenting how you do things.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently across time zones.

Requirements

• Experience with AI video, avatar or voice tools such as HeyGen, Kling, Runway, Veo or ElevenLabs.
• Experience supporting a B2B or professional services brand on LinkedIn.
• Interest in HR, people or the future of work.
• Experience with Notion, Buffer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Benefits

• Full time, 35 hours a week, fully remote.
• Online for at least 3 hours a day between 12:00 and 17:00 UK time.
• Available online to engage with posts from 11:45 am to 1 pm, we post 12:15 to 12:30pm daily.
