[Hiring] Marketing Field Engagement Manager @Barclays

Role Description

To develop, implement and manage marketing strategies through direct interactions with partners and their employees, including establishment of campaign budgets, monitoring of performance metrics, and implementation of data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for face to face channels, including identification of target audiences and establishment of campaign objectives.
• Management of marketing campaigns across face to face channels, including development of training materials, promotional materials, and coordination with partners and their employees.
• Analysis of campaign performance of face to face initiatives, and preparation of regular reports to evaluate effectiveness.
• Enhancement of the customer experience within face to face channels to streamline processes and optimise the physical environment.
• Management of performance marketing budget for face to face channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Evaluation of market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within industries such as airlines, hospitality, financial services, partnerships, customer service, or relationship field.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• Ample interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience guiding programs, operational processes, compliance requirements, and field-level risks.
• Organizational skills with experience planning events and preparing performance reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
