What You’ll Do

• Use established digital marketing systems to generate and manage interest
• Create and adapt marketing communications using provided resources and guidelines
• Connect with people who have requested additional information
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and assess alignment
• Share clear, relevant information about the programs and role
• Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up
• Manage prospective-client activity using CRM and digital communication tools
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training

You’ll manage your own marketing, communication, and prospect activity within an established framework. This position does not involve managing employees or a corporate marketing department.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of professional experience
• Experience in marketing, communications, business development, consulting, client relationships, leadership, or a related professional field
• Confident communication and natural relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using digital marketing, CRM, and communication tools
• Effective independent work and ownership of activity and results
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, organization, and consistent follow-through
• Open to following an established, step-by-step process
• Value continued leadership, personal, and professional development
• Driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter
• Open to an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position
• Reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility
• Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required; comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided
