Fluent in the full funnel, you know paid media, ecommerce, email, loyalty, creative, customer service, and analytics all need to work together — or the customer feels the cracks. AlgaeCal is searching for a top-tier Marketing Leader (Campaigns) to join our team and propel our revenue growth to new heights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing leadership experience planning and executing D2C campaigns in an eCommerce environment.
• A track record of managing six-figure monthly marketing budgets.
• A Yoda-like ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• A full-funnel brain that sees the whole customer journey.
• Strategy that converts like a tent revival.
• A brain the size of a small planet!
• A results-driven approach to paid media and campaign budget.
• A track record of leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional coordination.
• The ability to put on the Customer Hat at all times.
• Experience designing and executing customer journeys.
• A thick portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of all-things eCommerce.
• A detective’s eye for revenue leakage.
• An encyclopedic knowledge of today’s martech, adtech, attribution, and analytics landscape.
• A strong grasp of testing strategy.
• A solid understanding of UI/UX.
• A healthy respect for compliance, claims, and disclaimers.
