[Hiring] Digital Marketing Specialist @Foxelli Group

Role Description

This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it.

You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.

You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. And on the social side, you're the one actually making the content: filming, shooting, editing, posting, and chasing the next trend before it's over.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong understanding of marketing principles
• Ability to write compelling copy for ads and landing pages
• Familiarity with A/B testing and website optimization
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing

Requirements

• Actively produce content for posts - photos, video, edits, captions, all of it
• Order and unbox brand product boxes and turn them into content
• Bring new content ideas to help grow our following and hit engagement targets
• Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community
• Help put marketing plans into action
• Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends
• Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells
• QA landing pages, checking UX, flow, and functionality
• Help connect marketing, design, and development
• Collect and organize customer feedback and data
• Use AI tools to speed up tasks and test ideas faster
