Role Description

• This isn't a "run the tool" job. You'll help decide what a campaign should actually do — then build it in GoHighLevel yourself.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing campaign strategy — who we're talking to, what we're saying, how the funnel should flow.
• Building that strategy inside GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers — the real thing, not a template.
• Setting up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode when a new account needs one.
• Making sure leads get tagged, scored, and routed to Sales automatically — no manual handoff.
• Watching how your automations perform and improving them based on real data.
• Keeping CRM records clean so nothing gets lost between GHL and the team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year real GoHighLevel build experience — you know your way around workflows, pipelines, and triggers, not just a login screen.
• A marketing brain, not just a technical one — you can think through a campaign, not only execute someone else's.
• Comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented — GHL automations break quietly if nobody's watching them.
• A clear communicator, especially in writing.

Requirements

• Contract type: Independent Contractor.
• Full-time.
• Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client.
