Role Description

The Marketing Associate - EMEA plays a vital role in expanding Rhythm Healthcare’s brand presence across European markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing with a dotted line to the General Manager EMEA for strategic direction, this role bridges global marketing strategy and localized execution. The Associate will develop marketing materials, manage digital and brand content, support event logistics, engage key patient and provider communities, and assist with web internationalization initiatives. The ideal candidate blends content creation skills with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Proficiency in German; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and campaign development.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, digital content) is required.
• Proven track record of developing, launching, and managing integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels.
• Direct, hands-on experience using HubSpot as a primary marketing automation and landing page builder.
• Professional experience or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare, medical devices, or respiratory care.
• Demonstrated European market sensibility and readiness to work remotely with a 6-hour time zone difference.
