[Hiring] Marketing Associate @WorkModeX

Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to create and manage our marketing across three areas: social media, website, and print. You'll plan and produce content, keep our Shopify site fresh, and turn product ideas into polished, print-ready and on-screen visuals. This role suits someone creative and organised who enjoys variety, works to deadlines, and understands how branded merchandise and apparel are presented to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content and managing a content calendar.
• Strong written English for captions, emails, and web copy.
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo; experience with automated flows is a plus.
• Hands-on experience maintaining a Shopify store.
• Confident with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or Canva.
• Understanding of print production and preparing print-ready artwork.
• Experience producing to-scale apparel or product mockups.
• A portfolio showing social, web, and print work.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage several projects at once.

Requirements

• Create engaging social media posts, including graphics, short-form video and copy.
• Write clear, on-brand captions tailored to each platform.
• Plan, build and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Research competitors and the wider market, and turn findings into content ideas and recommendations.
• Design and send EDMs (email campaigns) in Klaviyo.
• Where possible, set up and manage Klaviyo automated workflows, such as welcome series and follow-up sequences.
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance of our Shopify website, including product listings, images, collections and page content.
• Make basic design updates to pages, banners and layouts within Shopify themes.
• Keep the site current with new products, promotions and campaigns.
• Check the site regularly for broken links, outdated content and display issues on desktop and mobile.
• Design brochures and other printed marketing materials.
• Prepare print-ready files to supplier specifications, including bleed, crop marks, CMYK colour and correct resolution.
• Create virtual mockups of logos and artwork on apparel, accurately to scale, for client presentations and approvals.
