Position: Marketing Expert — Marketing Analytics (AI Agent Environments)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs from real marketing analytics work, identifying planted issues and decisions for strong practitioners.
• Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against established standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated content in Marketing Analytics to improve model outputs and decision-making.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing analytics.
• Fluent in Google Analytics 4, a product analytics tool like Amplitude, a CRM like Salesforce, and ad platform reporting.
• Clear written reasoning.
• Preferred:
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
