[Hiring] Manager, Marketing Technology @Elastic

Role Description

We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Technology to support our global marketing tools. You will connect our marketing strategy with our technical work. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for team projects and help our tool specialists work well across the company.

You will guide and improve our marketing technology in three main ways:

• Organize and prioritize the workload for our team of specialists.
• Roll out new platforms and help our teams learn how to use them.
• Make sure our team cross-trains so we always have backup support for every tool.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and projects in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology.
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing tools, including event management, webinars, sending platforms, and content systems (like Splash, ON24, Cvent, Demandbase, Sendoso, or Adobe Experience Manager).
• An understanding of how to connect specialized marketing tools with core systems, especially Salesforce and Marketo.
• Great relationship-building skills to turn business needs into clear technical steps.
• Knowledge of project management methods (like Agile or Scrum) to plan sprints and manage workloads.
• Comfort working in a global, flexible environment where clear written communication is very important.

Requirements

• Background in a B2B SaaS or open-source software company (bonus).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certificates (bonus).
