Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to support the daily operations and growth of online stores across multiple e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Marketplace. This role involves:

• Managing and maintaining online stores across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Creating, updating, and optimizing product listings, descriptions, titles, images, and pricing.
• Monitoring inventory levels, product availability, and stock synchronization across platforms.
• Processing and managing customer orders, returns, and fulfillment coordination.
• Monitoring marketplace performance, sales metrics, and product analytics.
• Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Ensuring product information, pricing, and inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
• Troubleshooting listing issues, account notifications, and marketplace-related problems.
• Coordinating promotions, discounts, and product launches.
• Generating reports and providing insights on store performance and operational improvements.
• Staying up to date with marketplace policies, platform updates, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations or online store management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong understanding of product listing creation and optimization.
• Experience managing inventory, orders, pricing, and product catalogs.
• Familiarity with marketplace performance metrics and sales reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and e-commerce tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
