[Hiring] Livestream Engagement Intern @Intrepid Asia

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Live Stream Engagement Intern to help drive excitement and social proof during our brand’s live sessions. Your primary goal is to boost live metrics and foster a high-energy environment that encourages real-time participation from organic viewers.

• Live Interaction Management: Actively participate in brand live streams by asking relevant product questions and sparking conversations with the host to maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
• Engagement Boosting: Execute strategic engagement tasks including likes, shares, and comments across multiple managed profiles to increase stream visibility and "social proof."
• Audience Simulation: Use various community-driven accounts to simulate organic interest, helping to overcome "the empty room" effect and encouraging real viewers to join the funnel.
• Content Support: Work closely with the Live Host to highlight key product USPs (Unique Selling Points) through the chat flow.
• Monitoring: Keep an eye on the sentiment of the chat and report any technical issues or recurring customer questions to the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Fast Fingers: Ability to manage multiple profiles and chat interfaces simultaneously during fast-paced live sessions.
• Creative Communication: Strong conversational skills with the ability to write natural-sounding comments (not robotic or repetitive).
• Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram Live algorithms and engagement features.
• Adaptive Tone: Ability to switch "personas" in the chat to match different types of customer inquiries.
• Reliability: High discipline regarding live stream schedules (evening or weekend shifts may be required).

Benefits

• Exposure to leading international brands, delivering engaging livestreams and video content to the highest standards.
• Opportunities for career growth, with many past livestream hosts becoming key brand ambassadors or building large followings.
• Access to data and knowledge for analysis and optimization, enhancing creative contributions.
• International company with a strong track record, offering a collaborative culture and fast-paced environment.
• Encouragement of entrepreneurial initiative and implementation of good ideas.
• A supportive culture that prioritizes collaboration, transparency, and learning.
• Constant learning opportunities through formal training and real-world experience.
• Competitive compensation and generous benefits, including comprehensive insurance and ample leave.
