Role Description

10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Any experience or exposure to Marketing Cloud Next is highly preferred. Hands-on development experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including:

• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Email Studio
• MobilePush
• MobileConnect
• Interaction Studio
• Contact Builder

Experience in using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS. Demonstrated ability to make strong technical and architectural decisions based on business objectives, platform constraints, and best practices. Knowledge of Data Cloud is preferred. Possesses excellent communication skills to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements or business objectives, and translate those requirements into technical design. Proven experience in leading or owning complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations in enterprise environments.
