Role Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Influencer Scout to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with the possibility of transitioning to full time after a trial period. This role is critical to Luxmery’s success and offers a unique opportunity to learn highly valuable skills.

As a member of our influencer sourcing team, you’ll be the backbone of our influencer marketing department. Your ability to assess and differentiate which influencers are the right fit—and which are not—will directly influence the growth of the company.

However, this role isn’t for everyone. It requires exceptional pattern recognition skills and the ability to discern which influencers are the most genuine and aligned with our brand values. If you’re ready for a challenge and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Scouting: Research, identify, and source relevant influencers (primarily in the fashion, lifestyle, and motherhood space) who align with Luxmery’s brand and values.
• Trend Spotting: Analyze social media trends and influencers to identify emerging talents and patterns that could benefit Luxmery’s growth.
• Decision-Making: Evaluate influencer profiles quickly and make informed decisions on which influencers to engage with based on criteria such as audience fit, engagement, and content quality.
• Process optimization: Refining department processes to achieve higher efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Continuous innovation is the backbone of our culture.
