[Hiring] Head of Performance Marketing @ntegrity

Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our Digital Performance craft services. You will set ntegrity’s media performance frameworks to build a scalable growth engine for our NFP clients. This includes:

• Media audits and reviews
• Media strategy and planning frameworks that align acquisition and growth strategies with full conversion funnel
• Balancing strategic direction with hands-on leadership
• Bridging organisation objectives with media performance strategy
• Upskilling internal teams
• Leading high-value client engagements
• Building scalable systems for growth

Based in Australia, this is a remote-first role with access to co-working spaces alongside your teammates. You’ll also head to Melbourne once or twice a quarter for in-person client connection.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital performance and media strategy for transaction/ecommerce brands
• Strong agency experience managing cross-functional teams and commercial pressures
• Proven ability to build media planning frameworks aligned with acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimisation, donor journeys, and long term value
• Advanced technical and strategic mastery of Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Google ads (YouTube, PMax, DemandGen), Programmatic buying, Publisher Partnerships, GMP (SA360/CM360), and GA4/GTM
• Intermediate knowledge of OOH, TV, Radio, and secondary social channels
• High analytical acumen, experienced in effective attribution modeling, tagging governance, dashboard building, and turning campaign data into growth insights and strategies
• Confident workshop facilitator and mentor who can upskill internal squads and present growth strategies to CMOs and executive stakeholders
• Working knowledge of CRMs, Data Warehouse, CDPs, ad automation, privacy, cookie deprecation, and AI integration

Requirements

• Set agency media standards, build omnichannel strategies, and establish best-practice campaign frameworks (audit, setup, optimisation, reporting) tailored by budget and campaign type
• Lead media strategy for platinum clients, approve large-budget (>$500k) plans, and oversee QA and reporting for high-spend accounts
• Drive growth experiments, set CRO/A-B testing standards, and partner with Strategy and Creative leads to optimise messaging and formats across funnels
• Train leadership, strategy, and performance teams on media performance drivers and decision-making
• Build onboarding systems, maintain team platform accreditations, and own media financial processes (credit approvals, pre-bills, reconciliations)
• Define ntegrity’s attribution models, media tools, benchmark tools, and spend-tiered tech stacks while ensuring data privacy and compliance
• Review the senior team's work and provide feedback, guidance and coaching
• Lead responses to campaigns that are delivering below expectations
