[Hiring] Head of Marketing @Prism Studio

Role Description

As our Head of Marketing, you'll be the bridge between Product, Sales, and Partnerships, translating what we build into why it wins in the market, reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities include:

• Growing our distribution network and finding new partners across our product lines.
• Providing positioning, pricing guidance, and materials to partners.
• Owning GTM strategy end to end and shaping our competitive positioning.
• Turning complex product capabilities into compelling stories for buyers.
• Taking ownership of category articulation and market territory.

This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role: no direct reports, no budget ownership, and no external agency to lean on. What you build, you build yourself. This role can be held remotely from anywhere within EMEA, provided you can work within CET/CEST (GMT+1) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve our category positioning.
• Lead demand generation strategy end-to-end.
• Define and update personas and buyer journeys, focusing on mid-market and enterprise.
• Advise on pricing and packaging strategy.
• Craft compelling narratives for buyers and users.
• Own product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, collateral, and internal enablement.
• Partner with Product to translate roadmap items into customer-friendly narratives.
• Redefine our website as a growth channel, driving conversion rate optimization.
• Own pipeline generation and health, ensuring marketing-driven pipeline converts into revenue.
• Identify, onboard, and enable new distribution partners.
• Equip partners with co-marketing decks, playbooks, and enablement guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, ERP, hospitality, or Business Intelligence platforms.
• Experience shaping category positioning for a product entering a new market category.
• Experience launching and positioning products in enterprise or mid-market environments.
• Strong track record building sales enablement content.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and revenue teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Frequent travel to client destinations across Malta and EMEA.

Compensation

• Fixed annual salary of €40,000, with a generous incentive and bonus plan based on revenue impact.
• Commission ranging from 5% to 25% on the revenue you bring in.
• No ceiling on earnings for strong marketers.
• Flexibility of working remotely from anywhere within EMEA.
