[Hiring] Head of Brand @Teal Health

Role Description

Teal Health is changing how women screen for cervical cancer. We created the first FDA-authorized at-home cervical cancer screening experience, giving women an accurate, comfortable and convenient alternative to traditional in-office screening. We’re looking for a Head of Brand to own how Teal shows up in the world and dramatically expand how many people know, understand, trust and ultimately choose us.

• Own Teal’s brand and category strategy, establishing Teal as the clear leader in at-home cervical cancer screening.
• Drive top-of-funnel awareness and brand growth, building the strategy to introduce millions more women to Teal.
• Own our top-of-funnel channel mix and investment strategy across various media channels.
• Develop breakthrough integrated campaigns that make Teal impossible to miss.
• Lead Teal’s creative strategy and brand storytelling.
• Create activations, partnerships and cultural moments that bring Teal into the real world.
• Build trust and credibility at scale.
• Protect and evolve the Teal brand, ensuring everything feels distinctly Teal.
• Connect brand to growth, partnering closely with various teams.
• Own brand measurement and performance, establishing clear KPIs.
• Own the brand marketing budget, determining where to make our biggest bets.
• Lead our external brand ecosystem, including creative agencies and media partners.
• Build the brand function for Teal’s next stage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across brand marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing or related roles.
• Experience in building brands people recognize and remember.
• Exceptional creative instincts combined with strong commercial thinking.
• Ability to introduce new ideas and behaviors to consumers.
• Both a builder and a doer, capable of defining strategy and executing it.

Requirements

• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to take complex ideas and make them simple, compelling and culturally relevant.
