[Hiring] Field Marketing Manager @Tucuvi Care SL

Role Description

At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality care by augmenting clinical teams with AI. Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents - including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent - with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure.

This is an inaugural role: there's no established field marketing program to inherit, and no detailed playbook for every situation. You'll get direction, context and initial guidelines, and from there, it's on you to build the program, decide what makes sense, and get it done. This is a hands-on, all-terrain role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field marketing experience at a B2B health tech company.
• Exposure to provider and payer organization sales cycles.
• Experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
• Track record of building pipeline-driven programs.

• Initiative over instruction: Ability to take a rough brief and run with it.
• All-terrain execution: Comfortable across multiple workstreams.
• Field and event experience: Understanding of pre- and post-event work.
• Customer-obsessed relationship-building: Genuine relationships with stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity: Ability to navigate a developing market or role.
• US-based: Close partnership with the Europe-based Marketing team.
