Role Description
The Sweets & Refreshments Business Performance Manager is a key member of the Marketing organization and serves as the connective tissue across brand strategy, day-to-day business management, innovation delivery and commercial execution. The role brings a general management mindset to the portfolio, translating data and cross-functional inputs into a clear view of performance, risks, opportunities and required actions.
Working closely with Brand Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, Consumer Connections, Insights & Analytics, Innovation and Shopper/Omnichannel Marketing, this person establishes the operating rhythm that keeps the business aligned and moving with speed.
