[Hiring] GTM Strategy & Copy Lead @Hypergen LLC

Role Description

We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Copy Lead who can own how we think about messaging, positioning, and outbound campaigns. This is not a traditional copywriting role. We're looking for someone who understands GTM strategy - someone who knows how to define the right audience, create strong messaging angles, write high-performing cold emails, and continuously improve campaigns based on results. You'll work closely with our GTM team and clients to build outbound campaigns that generate real pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Own messaging strategy across client campaigns.
• Build and optimize cold email sequences.
• Define targeting, positioning, and campaign angles.
• Work closely with GTM Engineers on campaign strategy.
• Review and improve copy quality across the team.
• Build AI workflows that make messaging faster and more scalable.
• Test and improve campaigns based on performance data.
• Join client conversations around messaging and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a GTM Strategist, Campaign Manager, or similar role at an outbound agency.
• Strong hands-on experience writing cold email campaigns.
• Understanding of B2B messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with US-based clients across different industries.

Bonus Points

• Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, PlusVibe, BuiltWith, RB2B, or similar.
• Experience leading or reviewing copy for others.
• Strong meme game. 💪
