[Hiring] Growth Strategy & Operations Lead @Prosper Health

Role Description

As our Growth Strategy & Operations Lead , you'll take on Prosper's biggest growth opportunities and turn them into results, from launching new channels to solving the highest-leverage problems across marketing. You'll own each project end-to-end: strategy, creative needs, media buying, and analytics.

• Launch major new channels like TikTok.
• Build the system that drives our brand voice across social media platforms.
• Set our AI search strategy.
• Report directly to our Head of Growth Marketing.

You'll thrive here if you're bursting with creative ideas but still an extremely structured thinker. You want to own outcomes from strategy through scrappy execution and scale, and you're chronically online and plugged into pop culture.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in a combination of management consulting/investment banking and a high-growth startup.
• Experience in consumer-facing work.
• Extreme ownership.
