Role Description
Arca is looking for an exceptional events marketing manager who can help us bring events to life across design, implementation, and scale. Youβll build and own Arcaβs event marketing program as a senior individual contributor on our Growth Marketing team.
-
Scale the seminar program
-
Own the seminar calendar across offices and advisors: geography, ZIP-code targeting, topics, venues, timing, and spacing between events.
-
Manage our seminar marketing partner end-to-end, ensuring audience quality, invitation accuracy, registration, and confirmations.
-
Work with our advisors to build and improve the playbook: materials, room setup, presenter prep, booking meetings in the room, and attendee follow-up.
-
Coach advisors as presenters, making every event better than the last.
-
Expand beyond seminars
-
Test and expand webinars for audiences outside our office footprints.
-
Lead reinvestment in a client appreciation program with small, selective experiences.
-
Pilot new prospecting concepts with advisors and offices, such as hosted dinners and community events.
-
Own the numbers
-
Define and own the event funnel: registrations, attendance, meetings booked, prospects qualified, and new client business.
-
Partner with growth engineering on attendance tracking and lead-source accuracy.
-
Track cost, payback, and ROI by event, location, presenter, format, and topic.
-
Build business cases for new formats and secure budgets for what works.
-
Make every event feel like Arca
-
Own the in-room experience, ensuring events feel distinct and valuable.
-
Partner with design to keep materials consistent across every office and format.
-
Bring compliance in at the brief stage for review of invitations, decks, and handouts.
Qualifications
-
5β8 years in event, field, or experiential marketing, including at least 3 years owning a multi-city or multi-event program end to end.
-
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline or revenue from events, not just attendance.
-
Experience managing agencies or vendors against performance targets.
-
Experience building an events program from zero, or rebuilding one, at least once.
Requirements
-
Commercial fluency: ability to model cost per meeting and payback.
-
Operational precision across contracts, budgets, run-of-show, and multiple events in flight.
-
Clear writing and presenting skills, with the credibility to coach advisors.
-
Comfort with event registration platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
Benefits
-
Opportunity to work in a small, engineering-heavy team.
-
Flexible work environment with remote options considered.
-
Engagement in meaningful projects that impact clients' financial futures.
