Role Description
Dash is a managed AI teammate for small teams, built by Process Street. It picks up the recurring work that falls between people β the follow-ups, the handoffs, the things everyone assumes someone else did β and does it in Slack or Microsoft Teams, checking with a human before anything goes out.
Your job is to change that, and to turn the attention you create into pipeline. This is demand creation, not demand capture, and the distinction shapes everything.
-
Run stunts that earn attention.
-
Conceive and execute the kind of campaign people stop for and share.
-
Build launch moments by timing the creative, the paid push, and partner distribution.
-
Build creative partnerships by sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with creators, communities, and complementary brands.
-
Invent channels, online and off, to prove new routes to an audience.
-
Own the content calendar and the output across search, video, social, and community.
-
Direct the automated production layer, making modern content at a fast pace.
-
Own discovery in both directions, working through community and reply marketing.
-
Hold the brand line, ensuring everything that ships sounds like Dash.
-
Convert attention into pipeline by operating the direct marketing engine.
-
Keep finding the next advantage by maintaining a prioritized experiment backlog.
Qualifications
-
You've created demand for something people weren't looking for.
-
You generate ideas that travel and can distinguish them from ideas that only sound good internally.
-
You're commercially minded; awareness that doesn't become pipeline doesn't interest you.
-
You work quickly and prefer running several experiments over planning one perfectly.
-
You have a sharp eye for detail and can identify when AI-assisted output is off.
-
You learn new tools fast and enjoy diving deep into them.
-
You're comfortable across analytics, publishing, and advertising platforms.
-
You want responsibility for an outcome that's genuinely undecided.
Requirements
-
Partnerships, influencer, or creator marketing experience.
-
Experience planning and running events or activations.
-
Building with AI tools, including agents, automations, and content workflows.
-
Short-form video production and editing skills.
-
Editing and copywriting experience.
-
Marketing a product distributed through platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
-
Community and conversational marketing experience on platforms like X, LinkedIn, or Reddit.
-
A working growth stack knowledge: web and product analytics, search console, advertising platforms, CRM, and retention tooling.
-
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience.
-
Technical literacy to wire tools together, such as HTML and CSS, SQL, or no-code automation platforms.
-
Experience taking a product to market from zero rather than scaling one that already works.
Benefits
-
Unlimited PTO policy β most take 3β4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
-
Company offsite and sponsored small-group meetups.
-
Social time β coffee chats, games, story-telling, optional house tours.
-
Equity for all full-time roles.
-
Generous health insurance for US employees and their families, including dental and vision plans.
-
A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation.
